(2020-2023) PhD Doctorate – Aarhus University
PhD research developing methods for integrating prior knowledge and physical constraints into machine learning models to create more accurate and robust models of physical systems. Specifically, my research surveyed how state-of-the-art models neural ordinary differential equations and physics-informed neural networks could be integrated into industrial simulation tools.
(2022) Visiting Researcher – Pacific Northwest National Laboratory
Research in constrained optimziation using neural networks and contributions to the open-source Python library NeuroMancher maintained by PNNL.
(2021) Visiting Researcher – École Centrale de Nantes
Research visit to collaborate with partneres and deepen my understanding of finite element analysis, reduced order modeling and fluid dynamics.
(2019-2021) Erasmus Exchange, KU Leuven
Erasmus exchange at KU Leuven for one semester enrolled in courses on Model Predictive Control, Industrial Automation and Control, System Identification and Advanced Robotics.
